50% non-refundable retainer due to reserve your event. The rest of the payment must be made at least 48 hours prior to your event to keep reservation time.
Additional Information:
After reserving your event date and your event theme, we will set up times for set up and next day clean up. Set up is typically around 2/3 PM, and clean up is typically 10/11 AM next day.
We have an additional charge for events outside of a 30 mile radius from our home base in Cape Girardeau, MO. Contact us for additional information.
If you are requesting a theme that is not readily available, we recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance to ensure we are able to get the supplies.
